How the visit works
Share your address and the problem by phone. A mobile locksmith comes to the door, checks the lock and the door, and explains options before starting work. Non-destructive entry is tried first whenever the hardware allows.
After the door is open
If the lock was damaged, keys were lost, or the door was forced, we can repair, rekey, or replace the hardware during the same visit when parts are on hand.
